    A shout out to James and all the staff at Jerry Ford in Edson for exceeding my already high expectations and for going above and beyond. Last week while in Edson I took my Edge in to have warranty work done. The Service Manager, Greg waited patiently for me after hours then took the time to drive with me to listen to some noises. Greg offered me a courtesy car and ensured I was well taken care of from start to finish. I crossed paths with James, when I picked up my Edge. James was literally leaving for the day but didn’t hesitate to take time to sit down and look at options for a trade in. Back and forth we sorted out a deal but I was already home. Without a fuss my new car was driven all the way from Edson to me with a full tank of gas I highly recommend Jerry Ford in Edson.
